Jim is the Director of Operational Excellence and Principal at Cornerstone. He is a member of the firm’s Risk Committee and Innovation Team. Jim joined Cornerstone in 2015 after spending over 20 years in Manufacturing, Operations and Data Analytics, within the semiconductor industry. Jim’s passion is to automate and continually improve processes to allow organizations to increase scale, reduce costs and improve data accuracy. He regularly deploys new data tools and reporting to help the firm make quick and effective business decisions. Jim received a B.S. and M.S. in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a MBA from Lehigh University.
