Tom is a co-founder of Cornerstone and serves as Executive Chairman of the company. He served as CEO from 2002-2025. He is responsible for guiding the long-term vision, assisting in the alignment between the board and management, and supporting transformational initiatives across the organization. Tom works closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to encourage the firm’s continued growth, regulatory compliance, and fiduciary excellence. Additionally, he is involved in major corporate initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, consultant recruitment and mentoring and outside partnerships. Tom was instrumental in developing the unique ability team at Cornerstone, as well as helping shape the culture of the company. He is very active in his community, serving in leadership positions on numerous boards and advisory committees. Tom earned his B.A in Business Administration at Gettysburg College. He also has his Accredited Fiduciary, Certified Financial Planner and Charter Advisor in Philanthropy designations. He and his wife Amy reside in Allentown and have been married since 1988. They have three adult children, living in New York and Philadelphia. Tom enjoys golf, music, gardening and traveling with family and friends.
