Tom is a co-founder of Cornerstone and has served as CEO since 2002. His primary responsibilities include strategic planning, key relationship management, and team member selection and mentoring. Developing leaders, creating a culture of achievement, challenging people to become their best, and having fun have been cornerstones of his leadership style. As a consultant, Tom has more than 35 years’ experience working predominantly with qualified retirement plans and not for profit organizations. Throughout his career, Tom has been very active in the community and serves/has served on more than a dozen boards and advisory committees. Tom earned his B.A. in Business Administration at Gettysburg College. He and his wife, Amy, reside in Allentown and have been married since 1988. They have three children, Bryan, Mary, and Sarah. Tom and Amy enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling domestically and internationally, going to concerts and golfing.
