Cornerstone welcomes Dianne as Director, Institutional Solutions

June 2026

Bethlehem, PA — Cornerstone Advisors Asset Management, LLC (“Cornerstone”) announced that Dianne Pagano Manges, CFA, has joined the firm as Director, Institutional Solutions. Dianne brings more than 30 years of experience in asset management, advising endowments, foundations, and other mission-driven organizations on strategic investment planning and customized portfolio solutions.

In her role, Dianne will support and expand Cornerstone’s institutional and philanthropic client relationships, contributing to the firm’s high-touch approach and long-term partnership model.

“Cornerstone’s Philanthropic Solutions platform and our Cornerstone Cares community impact program are two key differentiators that attracted me to Cornerstone’s culture,” said Manges. “On many angles, I’m partnering with a firm whose values and mission deeply align with mine.”

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Dianne served as Senior OCIO Manager at Truist Institutional Wealth, where she oversaw nearly $1 billion in assets on behalf of nonprofit clients. She is a CFA® Charterholder and a frequent speaker on the macroeconomy, financial markets, and nonprofit-focused thought leadership. Dianne is actively involved in the community, serving on the Boards of Trustees for Immaculata University, Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania, and Gemma Services Foundation, in addition to committee roles with several philanthropic organizations.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Dianne to Cornerstone,” said Kevin Karpuk, CEO of Cornerstone. “She has a lot of experience working with caring institutions to help them make thoughtful decisions over long time horizons. Just as important, she’s wired the right way — team first, client focused, and grounded in doing the work the right way. Adding a professional with her background and skillset makes the team here deeper.”

As Cornerstone continues to grow, the firm remains committed to building a team of professionals who share its values of stewardship, collaboration, and service. Dianne’s experience and passion for working with mission-driven organizations further enhance Cornerstone’s ability to deliver thoughtful guidance and lasting partnerships to institutional clients.
